Bay & Bow ("we", "us") operates bayandbow.com and bayandbow.co.uk. Bay & Bow is a UK business within the Debesys Holdings group. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Enquiries and trade applications — when you email us or apply for a trade account we hold your name, business details and contact information to assess and manage your application.
- Site usage — our site runs on Shopify, which sets essential cookies for site functionality and basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, operate trade accounts, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who host and operate the site (Shopify) and, for trade accounts, with delivery and payment providers as needed to fulfil orders.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while relevant and for up to 24 months after last contact. Trade account records are kept for the duration of the account plus statutory retention periods (typically 6 years for business records).
Your rights
