Delivery
Everything is despatched from our UK warehouse on tracked services within 1–2 working days of order. Long-length items (poles and tracks over 1.5m) travel on specialist carriers.
Returns
Stocked items may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days. Faulty or damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded in full — contact us with photos and we will arrange collection where appropriate. Made-to-measure items are made specifically for your window and are exempt from change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; this does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.
